These eye drops could soon help improve your vision

One of the most frustrating parts of growing older is not being able to read the small print as well as you used to. Fortunately, for those fed up with squinting at menus in poorly lit restaurants, there may soon be a solution: vision-improving eye drops. The eye drops, created by Orasis Pharmaceuticals, just passed their phase 2b clinical trial. According to Forbes, they’ve also been shown to reduce age-related farsightedness.
The drops are comprised of the same ingredients as traditional eye drops and were shown to improve eyesight by three eye chart lines in clinical trials. Given that farsightedness occurs in half of all individuals over 45, the product certainly has a large potential consumer base.
Glasses remain the most common solution to aging eyes, but these drops could become a convenient and practical solution for those individuals who find their eyesight heading downhill but are not quite ready…
