🛩️ Lilium, the flying taxi startup hailing from Munich, has unveiled a video that shows its Jet taking off, flying at speeds over 100 kilometers per hour, and landing again.

🎥 The new footage shows the aircraft transitioning from vertical flight to level flight, a maneuver that Lilium calls “one of aerospace’s greatest challenges”.

The release of the footage arrived as the company also celebrated the completion of its first manufacturing facility, a 3,000-square-meter space located at the company’s Munich headquarters.  They aim to produce hundreds of aircraft a year beginning in 2025.

💨 When it’s complete, the Lilium Jet will have a range of 300 kilometers (186 miles) and a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph), the company says.
