🚁 Drone company Lilium establishes first flight hub in America
The first flight hub for drones will be established in Orlando and in one hour you can go as far as 300 kilometers, covering large parts of Florida.

From this flight hub they will be able to reach big parts of Florida within one hour. The range for the drone is 300 kilometers (186 miles), almost from Orlando to Miami.

The drone is an electric, vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) jet aircraft. It is developed by the German company, Lilium. The hub is called vertiport and is meant to create a standard that can be copied and implemented in other parts of the world.
The demonstrator five-seater aircraft first flew in 2019.
