Korean Railroad Research Institute broke its speed record and got above the symbolic speed of 1000 km/h. They aim to have a Hyperloop system in place in 2024, cutting the travel time between Seoul and Busan from 3.5 hours to around 30 minutes.
A short but important ride when two passengers tested the Virgin Hyperloop for the first time. Ultimately Hyperloops will reach speeds of over 1000 km/h and cut travel times.
