Alexandra is also helping Warp News to spread fact-based optimistic news. Alexandra, why did you become a premium supporter of Warp News?

Because I love being part of an optimistic community that embraces technology in the fight for a better tomorrow.

You are working on a startup. What's it about?

I want to radically improve how analysts can work fact-based with a wide variety of information and convey it so that the most critical conclusions reach the analysis's recipient while maintaining confidence.

What technology do you think will do the most good for humanity in the future?

AI technology to help us understand the world better and VR to make us experience the knowledge much more interactive and intense.

How would you describe yourself?

I am a technology visionary who is not afraid to do my own coding if it is required. I love lots of pixels and always like to promote a digital first way of working. I am passionate about leveraging new digital technologies to make us understand the world better and tell an inspiring story based on what we find out about the world.

What is your vision for humanity in the year 2100?

That we live in a multiplanetary world driven by facts and data but also truly respecting our diversity and our differences as human beings. A world less polarized where we have the best tools to understand each other and see the world from different perspectives.

Got any inspiring book recommendations?

Three books that have changed me a lot the past 2 years:

Exponential Organisations by Salim Ismail makes the exponential aspect of new technologies much more tangible.

The Network Imperative - How to Survive and Grow in the Age of Digital Business Models really gave me insights into ecosystem and platform mechanisms and why they are so successful.

Finally, the book Inspired by Marty Cagan showed me how we need to work in order to be able to achieve innovation in software development.
