When other news media have piled up negative news, we at Warp News continue to report on the positive things happening.
There is no doubt that many bad things happen in the world, but at the same time many good things happen as well. The only thing I demand is that they report both sides. Otherwise, we get a distorted view of reality.

🌍 AI in the nation's interest
Last Wednesday it was time for the conference AI in the nation's interest, with Daniel Akenine (Warp Premium Supporter) as the organizer. I participated in the final panel with the same title as the conference.
300 people in attendance with 1000 people on the waiting list. I loved that audience! They spontaneously applauded the statement that Sweden has produced enough AI pessimists (Tegmark, Bostrom) and now must produce AI evangelists instead.
And then there were AI courses
On Thursday, it was the premiere for my AI course, which I held in cooperation with SN7.
Very delightful and skillful participants. Everyone went home with their own GPT (a specially built version of ChatGPT) that they built during the day.
The only snag was that I had caught a cold earlier in the week, and my voice almost disappeared during the day. Which caused problems the next day when I had a two-hour lecture/workshop for Tellus school staff in Enköping.
But with honey water and strong pills, it went OK.
AI course in Uppsala
Next, there is a chance to attend the AI course in Uppsala, this time in cooperation with Idealstad.
